The Alliance Team developed Programming Documentation at Naval Station, Sigonella, Italy.
Cost estimates were developed using Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) MII software for 35%, 65%, and 100% Design Submittals. The latest version of the Cost Book along with local
vendor quotes solicited from host nation contractors and suppliers, conducted host nation labor audit, and detailed quantity take-offs (QTO). Standard work breakdown structures provided with MII along with the Basis of Cost Estimate (BoCE) was developed to provide the project assumptions and local cost adjustments.
