Ordnance Magazines Naval Air Station

The Alliance Team developed Programming Documentation at Naval Station, Sigonella, Italy. This project developed MILCON programming documentation to construct six (6) magazines: four (4) standard Box Type-D Earth Covered Magazines (ECMs) and two (2) 7-Bar standard RC Box ECMs. The project also developed high-bay ammunition rework and overhauled the shop in support of ordnance operations.
The facilities will be constructed of reinforced concrete, conduit infrastructure, overhead system and will include road access. The Alliance team conducted a 5-day planning charrette to facilitate data collection, conducted user interviews to structure the requirements analysis and developed the full MILCON DD Form 1391 (DD1391) documentation in support of future MILCON procedures.
