BUILDER™ SMS Implementation

Alliance, in partnership with CALIBRE Systems, performed condition survey inspections for building-related component infrastructure using the BUILDER™ Engineered Management System (EMS) for U.S. Defense Health Agency (DHA) facilities worldwide. The Alliance Team surveyed over 11 million square feet of facilities and provided assessments necessary for routine building facility management activities including long-range budgeting and sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) planning.
