Historic Resource Facilities Renovation

The Alliance Team developed a Facility Engineering Assessment Design Study and DD Form 1391 for the renovation of three buildings at the Washington Navy Yard. The project required extensive programming, facility cost estimating, economic analyses, and architecture and engineering design support to renovate unique and historic buildings with various architectural, historic, fire protection/life safety, and environmental issues.
