Consolidated Communications Center

The Alliance team supported the Full AE DBB including planning, value engineering, architectural, structural, civil and surveying design for a consolidated network integration center for a U.S. Air Force User Group, utilizing economical design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. This project was a Design-Bid-Build under the NAVFAC Washington IDIQ. Our team collaborated extensively with NAVFAC and the Air Force User to reduce the facility size from the initial program in order to meet the construction cost limitation. Project design completed in March 2019. Alliance provided Planning/DD1391, Cost, Risk, Schedule & Value Engineering.
