Humphreys Engineer Center is an Army installation located in Alexandria, Virginia, in the Washington DC metro area. Since its inception in 1971, the installation has directly supported the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mission. With a potential increase in mission requirements, and ample space to accommodate new tenants, Humphreys Engineer Center is a prime candidate for future expansion.
This Master Plan stemmed from interviews with the client and individual stakeholders and resulted in a comprehensive master plan and installation planning standards that addresses current issues and prepares for future growth.
