Aberdeen Proving Ground Traffic Impact Study & Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Assessment

The Traffic Study with Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) for Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland assessed the impacts of a proposed access road on traffic and at seven (7) key intersections, quantifying future traffic operation conditions. To complete this project the team conducted a charrette, interviewed Army and County stakeholders, performed traffic counts and diagrams, and cost estimated necessary land acquisition for the proposed access road.
